Introduction

Amrit Gita is a digital learning platform created to help users explore and understand the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita through structured chapters, verses, videos, quizzes, Guidance and related features.

Amrit Gita is developed and maintained by Core OutSourcing Services. References to “Amrit Gita”, “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms refer to the Amrit Gita service and its operator, as applicable.

These Terms apply whenever you access or use the Amrit Gita website, application or related services.

Eligibility

You may use Amrit Gita only if you are legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you.

Amrit Gita includes learning experiences for both Kids and Adults.

If you are a minor, your use of the service should take place with the involvement, supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Amrit Gita is responsible for supervising that use to the extent required by applicable law.

User Accounts

Certain Amrit Gita features require an account.

When using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where information is requested.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Not share passwords, OTPs or authentication codes with others.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Use your account only in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Amrit Gita Service

Amrit Gita may provide features such as:

• Bhagavad Gita chapter navigation.
• Verse-based learning content.
• Video or multimedia learning.
• Quiz checkpoints.
• Learning progress tracking.
• Kids and Adults learning experiences.
• Hindi and English language options.
• Gita-based Guidance.
• Premium membership functionality.
• Wallet, rewards or related learning mechanisms where available.

Features may be introduced, changed, improved, limited or removed over time as the service develops.

Learning Journey

Amrit Gita is designed as a structured learning journey.

Access to certain verses, chapters, quizzes or other content may depend on progression requirements.

This may include:

• Completing earlier verses.
• Completing learning checkpoints.
• Passing or completing required quizzes.
• Meeting chapter progression rules.
• Having the required Premium access.

Backend account and progression records may determine whether particular content is available to a user.

Amrit Gita does not guarantee that every user will have immediate access to every part of the learning journey.

Guidance Feature

Amrit Gita may provide a Guidance feature intended to help users explore everyday questions through perspectives inspired by or connected with teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.

Guidance responses are provided for educational, reflective and informational purposes.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

If you are facing an urgent situation involving health, safety or another serious matter, you should seek appropriate qualified assistance.

Premium Membership

Certain features or parts of the Amrit Gita learning journey may require an active Premium membership.

Premium membership may provide access to additional verses, chapter progression, learning checkpoints or other Premium features made available by Amrit Gita.

The exact Premium plan, price, duration and available features shown at the time of purchase form part of the applicable subscription offer.

Premium access is linked to the applicable user account and is activated only after successful payment verification by the Amrit Gita backend.

Payments

Payments for Premium services may be processed through PayU or another payment provider made available through the service.

The applicable amount and currency displayed during checkout should be reviewed before payment is completed.

Sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking authentication details should be entered only within the secure payment provider environment where required.

Amrit Gita may process payment-related references necessary to determine whether a transaction succeeded and whether Premium access should be activated.

Payment provider availability, transaction processing times and payment methods may vary.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, renewal and refund eligibility may depend on the Premium plan purchased, the payment method, applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

A successful payment does not by itself establish entitlement to a refund.

If you believe that a payment was charged incorrectly, duplicated or completed without the expected Premium activation, contact us and provide the available transaction or order reference.

Any refund, where approved or required, may be processed through the applicable payment channel and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Amrit Gita in a lawful, respectful and responsible manner.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, Premium access controls or learning progression controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, application, API, server or related infrastructure.
• Attempt to probe, exploit or abuse security vulnerabilities.
• Use automated systems to overload or misuse the service.
• Submit malicious software or harmful code.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Amrit Gita or Core OutSourcing Services.
• Copy or redistribute protected Amrit Gita content except where permitted by law or expressly allowed.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Amrit Gita platform may include text, graphics, illustrations, branding, software, interface designs, videos, narration, structured learning material, quizzes and other content.

Rights in original Amrit Gita platform materials belong to their respective owners and licensors.

Your use of Amrit Gita gives you a limited right to access the service for personal use in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of Amrit Gita intellectual property to you.

The Bhagavad Gita itself is an ancient scripture. However, specific translations, explanations, recordings, illustrations, layouts, animations and other particular creative works may have separate intellectual property rights.

User Communications

When you submit support messages, feedback, questions or other communications to Amrit Gita, you remain responsible for the information you choose to provide.

You should not submit information that:

• You do not have the right to provide.
• Violates applicable law.
• Contains malicious code.
• Contains another person's highly confidential information without proper authorization.
• Contains passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs or similar credentials.

Feedback may be reviewed for the purpose of improving Amrit Gita.

Third-Party Services

Amrit Gita may use or integrate with third-party providers to support authentication, databases, media, payment processing and other technical functionality.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and technical availability.

Amrit Gita is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Amrit Gita available and functional, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Software updates.
• Hosting or network issues.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Payment-provider interruptions.
• Security incidents.
• Events outside reasonable control.

Features may also change as the platform is updated and improved.

Disclaimers

Amrit Gita is intended primarily as a spiritual, educational and reflective learning experience.

While reasonable efforts may be made to provide useful and meaningful content, no digital interpretation should be understood as the only possible interpretation of the Bhagavad Gita.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amrit Gita and Core OutSourcing Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the service.

This may include losses associated with temporary service interruptions, third-party service failures, user-device issues or unauthorized use resulting from credentials that a user failed to secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

Access to Amrit Gita may be restricted, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or platform integrity.

This may include situations involving:

• Serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Attempts to bypass access controls.
• Security threats.
• Illegal use of the service.

Users may also request deletion of their own account through available account management functionality.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Amrit Gita service, technology, subscription structure, operational practices or applicable requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date displayed on this page may be changed.

Continued use of Amrit Gita after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that users may have under laws that cannot legally be excluded by contract.
